accomodation
Accommodation is payable per person per night. The guesthouse sleep 10 persons. The family apartment sleeps 3 people. The main house is available on special request for groups. An additional 10 persons can be accommodated at the main house, adjacent to the guesthouse. Prior arrangements to be made.
- Starting from R450 per person per night
Included with the self-catering accommodation at the guesthouse and family apartment is electricity, cleaning services, a fully equipped kitchen, an entertainment area, ice (if available from the ice machine), linen, towels, and firewood (fair usage is free). Inside and outside braai facilities are available as per reservation request of guests.
A minimum number of booking days are applicable, subject to the hunting quota. A normal minimum of four (4) days and four (4) will apply for normal game hunting.
Additional Fees
Catering and laundry services will be charged additionally if arrangements have been made prior.
Arrival & departure
Rooms are available for check in as from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early or late arrival needs to be arranged prior to arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can explore Kimberley and the surrounding areas. Please vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Airport
Kimberley Airport is approximately 30 km from the farm, guests can be picked up from the airport at an additional cost of transfer with prior arrangement.
Breakage and malicious damage
Fair wear and tear applies to all our amenities. If something has broken, please report it to reception immediately.
Malicious damage will not be tolerated and will be charged to the guest’s account. All sites and rooms are inspected before each guest arrives and after each guest leaves. We pride ourselves in a well-maintained guest facilities.
Camping
Camping in the bush terrain will only be available from June 2023. Each guest will be responsible for themselves and their own equipment, tents, caravans, and other equipment. The camping site is only equipped with water, ablution facilities (with a donkey), and a generator if needed (own diesel to be provided if used).
Cleaning will not be provided to the camping site, it is the duty of each guest to keep their camping area and surroundings clean and remove all rubbish.
There is no reception close to the camping area. We urge each guest to ensure they bring an ample amount of food, drinking water, wood, ice, toiletries, towels, linen, etc. These services will not be provided to the camping site. There is no tuckshop available on the farm or within a 20km radius.
Cancelling reservation
Reservation cancelling is free of charge up to one week before booking, except for long term reservations. In the event of cancellation at short notice the following will apply:
- More than 48 hours and less than one week in advance – 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
- Less than 48 hours in advance – 0% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
Catering
Catering is available for all our different accommodation options. Catering must be pre-arranged 72 hours before arrival.
Breakfast to be arranged with booking.
Full catering options are available with all drinks, snacks and meals included as a package according to the client’s request. Menu and drink orders can be pre-arranged at a price to be quoted and agreed upon.
It is the responsibility of the guest to make us aware of any dietary requirements or needs, well in advance. We will not be held liable for any health complications if not declared beforehand. We prefer all our guests with specific dietary needs to rather make use of our self-catering facilities.
- Breakfast – FROM R150.00 per person

Children's Accommodation
- 0-2 Years – FREE
- 3-6 Years (SELF-CATERING) – starting from R250.00 per child per night
- 7-13 Years (SELF-CATERING) – starting from R350.00 per child per night
CLEAN & PURE AIR
We reserve the right to charge an exceptional flat-rate cleaning fee of R300 if there is smoking in the room.
We would like to ask guests to respect the fact that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. For health and safety reasons no smoking will be allowed in any of the enclosed facilities. Please respect the rights of our other guests as well.
Smoking areas are available outside.
Cleanliness
We would appreciate it if each guest pick up after themselves. Please do not litter on our property.
Plastic is harmful to our animals. Any guest caught littering on our property will be penalized or removed. As our guests expect a clean and tidy environment, we expect the same courtesy from our guests.
Cleaning services are provided for the guesthouse, which is included in your daily rate, yet we ask that each guest respect our staff and provide common courtesy. Should you require additional cleaning, an additional fee will be charged.

Hunting is available on the property, which is done through sustainable hunting practices to ensure sustainability. For any enquiries, please contact our hunting outfitter, Charles Pieterse at Wildrock Safaris.

LONG-Term Accommodation
Kindly take note we can offer several options for long-term stay. It is best suitable to ask for a tailormade quotation to suit your needs. To be eligble for long-term stay discount a minimum stay of 21 days will be applicable. Accommodation, meals and laundry services can be offered. Kindly make an enquiry for a formal quotation to be agreed upon in advance.
parking place
Vehicles are parked under the natural shade provided by our numerous trees in the area. Parking is at your own risk.
Pets (dogs)
We are pet friendly and have our own dogs and cat.
We would appreciate it if you preferably left your beloved pet at home. If this is not possible, prior arrangements should be made. Kennels are available at the farm. This is a game farm, although we are pet-friendly, we would like to avoid any disturbances to game animals and other guests that may not be pet-friendly. Kindly enquire before arrival.
